Marc Kroger

Coach Kroger enters his fifth year as the Freshman boys basketball coach here at Aurora. Coach Kroger brings a variety of experiences to the program as he has coached 8th graders for 5 seasons, spent 4 seasons as Junior Varsity coach and 2 seasons as Head Coach while at Aurora, York and Centennial.  Coach Kroger grew up in Cedar Bluffs, NE, playing Football, Basketball and Golf.  He then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where he graduated with a Natural Sciences degree & played offensive tackle on the football team.   Coach Kroger has since completed a masters degree in Secondary Science Education through the University of Nebraska Kearney.   Coach Kroger lives in York with his wife Angie, who teaches math at York High School.  They have one son, Jalen, who was born February 10, 2005
