We believe:

• Education is a shared responsibility between family, school, and community;
• It is important for each person to have an emotionally and physically safe and secure place to teach and learn;
• All students can learn and will be given the opportunity to learn;
• Our schools must prepare students to live and work in a global society;
• Learning is a life-long process.
