Band
For those students interested in instrumental
music, opportunities for marching, concert band, and small
group work are available. Those desiring solo and ensemble
work are given special instruction.
These musical groups make public appearances
all during the year. Students registered in musical organizations
for credit are required to perform in school and community
programs given throughout the school year. Failure to secure
in advance permission to be absent from such a function may
cause the student to lose all credit for that semester.

I am the head director of the High
School Band. We have a marching band (which marches
competitively), a concert band, a jazz band (which the
students audition for), a percussion ensemble, a brass
ensemble, and a pep band. I also assist with the
Middle School and Elementary band programs. |
