Curriculum
Description:
In the Aurora Middle School
we take a very hands on approach to teaching business education
through the use of the computers and technology, and an electronic
business simulation. In the business department we believe
that we are enhancing students learning by giving them the
life skills that they will need to make it in today's society.
Technology, keyboarding and business skills are an essential
part of anyone's life in today's technological world.
We are giving them the basic essentials needed to establish
themselves in today's society, personally and as a business
person. Our objective for our students upon completion
of the middle school business courses is for them to be able
to handle their personal finances, create certain business
documents, conduct themselves in a respectful and professional
manner on the job, and have enough technology skills to use
for personal use as well as for a possible job. |
